2. Eligibility & Use of the Service

Our foreign currency ordering Service is available only to individuals who:


· are 18 years or older;


· are UK residents; and


· use a valid UK-issued debit or credit card registered in their name.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (the "Site") or placing an order, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.


5. Order Limits

The maximum order value is £2,500 per transaction. We reserve the right to change this limit at any time without notice.


6. Order Processing

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. We may require additional verification before processing and reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion. A confirmation of order receipt does not constitute acceptance.


7. Exchange Rates & Currency Availability

Only the currencies listed on the Site are available. Exchange rates are subject to fluctuation and are set at the time we accept your order. Rates may change without notice.


8. Delivery Terms

Orders placed by 3pm (Monday–Friday) will aim to be delivered by 1pm the next working day. Later orders may be delivered up to two working days later. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.


Delivery is only available:


· To the billing address of the cardholder; or


· To a branch for in-person collection with ID, card, and order reference.


You are responsible for losses due to incorrect delivery addresses provided by you.


9. Refusal of Delivery

We may refuse delivery if fraud, misuse, or any irregularity is suspected.


10. Technical Interruptions

While we aim for uninterrupted service, we are not liable for delays caused by system failures, network outages, or events beyond our control.


11. Fees & Charges

Handling fees, where applicable, will be disclosed at checkout. Card issuers may charge cash advance fees. We are not responsible for such third-party charges.


12. Payment Authorisation

By submitting an order, you authorise us to request payment authorisation. If declined, your order will not proceed. If accepted but later declined, your order will be cancelled.


13. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

Please report any issues (e.g., missing or incorrect currencies) immediately using the contact details above.


14. Buy Back

We may repurchase unused foreign currency at our buy rate on the day it is returned. Proof of purchase may be required.


15. Refunds

Refunds exclude handling fees and may be lower than the original amount due to currency fluctuations. The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to foreign currency transactions.


16. Intellectual Property

The contents of this Site are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.


17. Data Protection & Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.


18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without notice. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
